Warm and breezy weekend

Clouds were slow to break on Sunday. Highs gradually climbed into the middle and upper 70s as the sun finally broke through. Gusty south winds and increasing humidity will keep it very mild overnight.

Monday will be similar to Sunday, but with a stronger breeze from the southeast. That sets up low rain chances on Tuesday morning as our next cold front arrives. The front does not look very strong at this point so only a marginal cool down is expected. Temperatures will return to near seasonal values by Wednesday and Thursday. Additional chances of rain return late in the week.
