Medical examiner identifies Houston teen who died in wreck that split car in half

The teenage driver who died Monday in a grisly wreck on the East Freeway has been identified as Francisco Hernandez, according to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Man shot and killed at Keith-Weiss Park

A shooter is on the loose after killing a man Tuesday night at Keith-Weiss Park in north Houston, according to police. The suspect opened fire at the 500-acre park at 12300 Aldine Westfield Road around 6:45 p.m. and fled, authorities said Police then found a gunshot victim at the park. A suspect description was not immediately provided.
