Man charged with capital murder in triple homicide in Liberty County

A man was arrested Sunday in connection with a deadly triple shooting in Liberty County, according to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office. Son of Tarrant County sheriff arrested on indecent exposure charge in Arlington, reports say

Tarrant County  Sheriff Bill Waybourn’s son has been arrested in Arlington on a charge of indecent exposure, according to the Dallas Morning News.  Sergei Waybourn was arrested Saturday and booked in to the Tarrant County Correction Center in lieu of a $500 bond, jail records show.  The Morning News reported he was also charged with public intoxication, but that charge was …

Houston woman accused of throwing an apparently starving puppy onto the side of an Atascocita road

An animal cruelty investigation has been launched after police say a Houston woman allegedly threw an apparently malnourished puppy out of her vehicle window and onto a road in the Atascocita area Sunday and then fled the scene.
