Garland woman has been missing nearly a month, police say

Garland police are asking for the public’s help finding a woman who has been missing for nearly a month.

Joe Anna Terry, 49, was last heard from Feb. 9, police said. Her location at that time is not known.

Terry is described as a Black woman who is 5-5 and about 155 pounds with a medium build, with black hair and brown eyes. She drives a silver or gray 2019 Kia Soul with Texas license plate LGR-9547.
