Missing 85-year-old man may be in need of assistance, Dallas police say

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help finding an 85-year-old man who went missing Wednesday morning.

Plura Armstrong’s last known location was in the 1400 block of N. Beckley Avenue about 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

Police describe Armstrong as a 5-11 bald Black man with brown eyes and weighing 190 pounds.

He was last seen wearing silver glasses, a tan and white Hawaiian button-up shirt, black pants, brown loafers, and a gray baseball cap with an orange “G” and Chicago Bears mascot, police said.

Police said Armstrong drives a black Chevy Silverado with license plate No. JJS4272. He may be confused and in need of assistance, according to police.
