Cool and dry weekend

Our showery pattern is coming to an end, but the cool weather is going to stick around awhile. A cold front moved across North Texas Friday bringing beneficial rainfall, but as that moves away, the rain will go with it.

The weekend will be dry and quite cool. Saturday will be rather cloudy with a gusty north wind and high temperatures in the mid 60s, which is more than 10 degrees below normal for this time of year. Grab a jacket if you plan on spending any time outside. Sunday will feature a bit more sunshine and less wind but it will still be cool with highs in the upper 60s.
