Eastbound I-30 closed after dump truck overturns near Six Flags Drive

All eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 were closed Monday afternoon after a dump truck crashed and overturned in Arlington, police say.

Authorities closed off traffic at Six Flags Drive about 4:30 p.m. No details were immediately available about what caused the crash or whether anyone was injured.

Police said people who were headed to Monday night’s Dallas Cowboys season opener should expect delays or consider alternate routes to AT&T Stadium via the Cooper Street, Fielder Road or Eastchase Parkway exits.
