Driving while intoxicated in Texas is typically a misdemeanor on the first two offenses. Drivers charged with a third DWI offense can face third-degree felony penalties up to $10,000 in fines, license suspensions and a possible sentence between two to 10 years in prison.

While most of the felony cases in April were the result of a third DWI charge, 10 people were arrested on a charge of DWI with a child passenger. See mugshots of the accused as well as their charges above.
