Man charged with capital murder in triple homicide in Liberty County

Son of Tarrant County sheriff arrested on indecent exposure charge in Arlington, reports say

Tarrant County  Sheriff Bill Waybourn’s son has been arrested in Arlington on a charge of indecent exposure, according to the Dallas Morning News.  Sergei Waybourn was arrested Saturday and booked in to the Tarrant County Correction Center in lieu of a $500 bond, jail records show.  The Morning News reported he was also charged with public intoxication, but that charge was …
