Child, adult dead after drowning in NW Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A child and adult are dead after a drowning incident in northwest Houston Saturday afternoon.

The Houston Fire Department responded to a drowning call at 1425 Mansfield St. around 2:30 p.m.

First responders said a child and an adult were transported to the hospital where they later died.
