Chip and Joanna Gaines Have Big Expansion Plans for Their Silos District

Been there, done that? Well, Chip and Joanna Gaines are cooking up more reasons to get you back to Central Texas. The Gaineses have a plan to expand their Magnolia Market at the Silos development in downtown Waco soon — by year’s end.

Waco’s downtown Tax Increment Financing Zone board is meeting Thursday to consider giving $1.1 million in funds for public improvements related to the project, the Waco Tribune-Herald reported.
