Coronavirus cases pass 4,400, what’s open and where to get tested in Grapevine

As of Thursday, Grapevine had documented a total of 4,489 confirmed cases of the coronavirus and 47 deaths, according to the Tarrant County website. Dallas County reported 1,149 new coronavirus cases Thursday, as well as 35 more deaths from COVID-19. The latest victims were mostly in their 60s through 90s.
