Winter Storm Warning issued for southeast Texas, now is the time to prepare

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for parts of southeast Texas from 9 p.m. Saturday until 6 p.m. Monday. Businesses around the city shut down, anticipating winter freeze

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has issued a disaster declaration ahead of this weekend’s anticipated ice storm, causing several major Houston-area stores, businesses and agencies to change hours or shutdown.
