Major arms sales flat in 2016-20 for first time in more than a decade

STOCKHOLM: International deliveries of arms were flat in the period 2016-2020, ending more than a decade of increases, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) said in a report on Monday. Man arrested in West Dallas shooting that killed 41-year-old Sunday

Police have arrested a 31-year-old who they say admitted to shooting a 41-year-old in West Dallas on Sunday morning. Police were called to the 1800 block of Bayside Street around 9:25 a.m. Sunday, where they found Kenya Chalmers injured from a gunshot wound.
