Suspect arrested in fatal shooting of 32-year-old man in Northwest Dallas

Police arrested a man who is suspected of fatally shooting a 32-year-old man last summer in Northwest Dallas. On July 22, officers responded about 2:45 p.m. to a shooting call the 9500 block of Brockbank Drive, where they found Ricardo Espinoza suffering from a gunshot wound. Man accused in $24M PPP scam used money to buy cars, pay off mortgages, feds say

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A man in the Dallas area pleaded guilty to orchestrating a $24.8 million PPP scam and using the money to buy luxury cars and homes.
