Grilled Fish

Fish fillet 2
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Lemon 2
Salt to taste
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Chaat masala ¼ tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp

Cooking Directions
Marinade fish fillet with soya sauce, vinegar, mustard powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper crushed. Leave for 10 minutes.
Grease grill and grill fish fillet from both sides until cook.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with brown bread.
