Gunman fires into home, killing 11-year-old in Channelview

An 11-year-old child was shot and killed early Sunday in east Harris County, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Investigators say the suspects pulled up to a home in the 15000 block of North Brentwood in Channelview.  The suspects then opened fire on the home, specifically into one room

An 11-year-old inside the home was shot and killed.  According to Gonzalez, there were other children in the room at the time, but they were not injured.
