Increasing clouds today, rain arrives tonight

The first half of today will be filled with sunshine, but clouds will thicken up by late afternoon. Our next storm system will approach the area late tonight and lead to rain chances. It will bring a wide swath of rain through the entire area during the day Wednesday. Some leftover showers will be around early Thursday morning before some sun tries to peek out by Thursday afternoon.

There will be some improvement in the weather for late in the week and through next weekend. Highs will climb to around 60 on Saturday and into the lower 60s for Sunday. Another storm system could bring a chance of rain by Tuesday of next week.
