Marvel creator Stan Lee’s former manager charged with elder abuse

Late comic book legend Stan Lee was reported to have been a victim of elder abuse by his former manager who is now facing charges, as revealed by a Los Angeles court official on Monday.

According to reports citing a spokesperson for Los Angeles Superior Court public information office, the icon’s former manager Keya Morgan was charged with five counts on Friday of elder abuse, fraud, false imprisonment and forgery in relation to an incident that unfolded the previous year.

It was revealed further that an arrest warrant for the New York-based memorabilia collector has also been issued.

The Marvel legend’s former manager who started working for him in 2017, had also been charged with a restraining order in 2018 subsequent to Lee’s family alleging him of elder abuse, which were denied by him.

Lee breathed his last in November 2018 at the age of 95 leaving Marvel fans in mourning.
