Bunker Hill

  8/10/19 at 0415 Hours. 11900 Block of Taylorcrest. Public Intoxication. Officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked on school property and upon further investigation located a male occupant who was found to be heavily intoxicated. The 49-year-old male was taken into custody and booked into the MVPD for Public Intoxication

  8/12/19 at 1000 Hours. 11600 Block of Windy Lane. Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. A landscaper reported that last week while performing work in the area unknown suspects stole several pieces of lawn equipment from his landscaping truck. The victim had contacted a resident whose surveillance video did capture a partial picture of the suspect’s vehicle (attached). Information about the theft was obtained and provided to detectives for their follow up investigation.

  8/15/19 at 1515 Hours. 1-100 Block of Blalock Woods. Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. A landscaper reported that 2 Hispanic males in a black crossover vehicle had stole his wallet out of his landscaping truck. The victim was working nearby, when he observed the 2 males drive up near his unlocked vehicle and enter his truck and taking his wallet before fleeing the area. A poor-quality picture of the suspect’s vehicle was located on a nearby surveillance camera. Information and the photo were collected and provided to detectives for their follow up investigation.

Piney Point

/15/19 at 1000 Hours. 11000 Block of Country Lane. Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. Victim reported that last week unknown persons had taken his backpack from his unlocked vehicle sometime during the night. Over the past week, two people have contacted him after recovering some of the items that had been inside of the backpack. Information about the incident was obtained and provided to detectives for their follow up investigation.

  8/15/19 at 1800 Hours. 1-100 Block of Memorial Point. Credit Card Abuse. The victim reported that she had just received a call from a department store thanking her for her purchase, except the victim had not made any purchases. Upon speaking to the clerk, the items had been ordered via phone and totaled approximately $5,000. The order was immediately stopped. Information about the transaction was obtained and provided to detectives for their follow up investigation.
