Morning fog and clouds, then afternoon sunshine

Locally dense fog this morning with a Fog Advisory until 10 a.m. Some mist is possible with the morning fog. Once the clouds and fog break, afternoon sunshine is expected.

The chance for significant rain appears quite low until mid-week. Thursday and Friday will offer widespread showers.

Meanwhile, temperatures will slowly warm into the 60s and 70s for a couple days before a cold front arrives Thursday. This front will also bring a chance of rain. The highest chance of rain will arrive Friday. Temperatures will once again take a dip by the weekend. Highs will drop back into the 50s for both Saturday and Sunday.
