Jonathan Amaud Adams was identified as a suspect after the June 27 incident at Crawford Park, in the 400 block of Straus Road. A teenager said he and friends were approached by a man who asked him repeatedly to meet him behind the park restrooms.

Uncertain why the man was asking him, the teenager walked behind the structure and saw him exposing himself. The man fled when the boy said he was going to call police

Officers searched for the man but were unable to find him. Police did not say how they identified Adams as a suspect.

The incident prompted police to strengthen area patrols and monitor other locations with community pools.
