Satay (Tikka)

Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg (boneless meat, cut into cubes)
Honey 1 tsp
Red Chili ½ tsp or to taste (ground)
White Cumin 1 tsp (ground)
Salt to taste
Whole coriander 1 tbsp (roasted and ground)
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions
Marinate the meat with all the above ingredients (except for the oil) for 6 to 7 hours.
Then skewer the meat and grill. Once cooked, lightly oil and remove.
Serve hot with Nan.
