Shami Kabab (Ground Meat Kebab)

Minced meat 1 kg
Bengal gram 1 cup
White cumin 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Whole red chili 10 pieces
Whole coriander seeds ½ tsp
Black cardamom 4 pieces
Cinnamon 1 piece
Black pepper 1 tsp
Water 2 glasses
Egg 2
Coriander handful
Mint handful
Onion 1 (chopped)
Oil for fry

Cooking Directions
Mix mince, Bengal gram, white cumin, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, red chili, coriander seed, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and water in a pan and cook until mince gets tender.
Grind the mixture and add 1 egg and mix thoroughly.
Add the coriander, mint and onion to the mixture.
Make shami kabab, dip in egg and pan fry.
Serve warm with dip.
