Traffic on 610 West Loop heavier than normal, expect delays

Houston drivers heading into work Thursday morning are experiencing traffic heavier than normal along 610 West Loop, according to data from Houston TranStar.

Traffic is heavy starting at Stella Link and 610 headed westbound, and it continues until Post Oak Boulevard, according to Houston TranStar

Based on historical data from Houston TranStar, traffic is flowing “100 times slower than normal” along that route.

Students of the Houston Independent School District began school this week, and several construction projects have begun along that route.
