Sharing photos of them posing in front of a neon sign board, Anushka wrote, “There is a light that never goes out.”
Clad in ripped denims and red off-shoulder top, Anushka can be seen posing with husband Virat Kohli.
The 31-year-old actor posted the pictures a day after she broke her silence and reacted to the claims made by former India wicketkeeper Farokh Engineer that BCCI selectors were “getting her cups of tea” during a World Cup match in England earlier this year.
“If you want to have a comment on the selection committee and their qualifications please do so as it’s your opinion but don’t drag my name into it to substantiate your claim or sensationalise your opinion. I refuse to allow anyone from using my name in such conversations,” wrote Anushka.
Recently, Virat and Anushka attended Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali bash, and shared cute pictures of them. Along with the photos, Anushka wrote, “Happy Diwali from us to you and your family. I hope we all find the light in us and may truth always triumph”
On the work front, Anushka was last seen on the big screen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan. Since then, she has not signed any project.
