A chilly night, but a weekend warm-up

The cold rain ended mid-morning on Friday, but it remained cloudy, breezy and chilly the rest of the day.

Clouds will begin to break up overnight, which means sunshine is in store for the weekend. It will be a cold start Saturday morning in the 30s, then temperatures will climb to near 60. Sunday will be even warmer, with a high in the upper 60s.

Travel weather next week may be affected by increasing rain chances on Wednesday and Thursday.
