HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Arturo Solis has been charged with shooting Sgt. Christopher Brewster Saturday night in Houston’s East End. Brewster later died at the hospital.

Solis, 25, was charged with capital murder of a police officer early Sunday morning.
