Rain chances increasing

The mild weather will last through Wednesday with high temperatures in the 70s expected across much of North Texas. A cold front will move across the area Wednesday afternoon with a low chance of showers.

Thursday will be colder with scattered showers likely. Highs will be in the 40s and 50s. Friday will bring a quick warm up into the 60s, but rain and thunderstorms will be a good bet. Another cold front will move across North Texas Friday night.

The weekend will be dry but chilly with highs in the 50s. Much of next week looks chilly and unsettled.
