Low rain chances tonight

Tonight will be cloudy and mild with temperatures falling into the low 50s. Although a few spotty showers cannot be ruled out in parts of North Texas this evening, the best chance of rain will be east of the DFW metro area tonight. No severe weather is expected. Any showers will move out of the area by early Sunday morning leaving mild and dry weather for the rest of the day with highs in the mid 60s.

Temperatures will remain mild for late January over the next couple of days. While the first part of the week will be dry, rain chances appear to be higher Tuesday as the next storm system moves through the area. Another system will bring low chances for rain Thursday.
