The end to the gloomy weather is in sight

The clouds that have made our weather rather dismal for the last few days will remain across North Texas into Friday. The day will likely start cloudy, but sunshine should reappear Friday afternoon. Despite the sun, Friday afternoon will still be cool with highs in the mid 50s.

Full sunshine will return for the weekend with a warming trend. High temperatures will be in the 60s Saturday, and in the low 70s on Sunday. Monday will remain mild with a low chance of showers.

The next cold front arrives Tuesday with a return of high temperatures in the 50s.
