1 dead in triple shooting in north Oak Cliff

One person is dead after a shooting Sunday night in north Oak Cliff, police said.

Dallas police responded to a shooting in the 600 block of North Ewing Avenue near Interstate 35E around 11 p.m. Sunday and found three gunshot victims.

One of the victims, a 28-year-old man, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body, police said.

Another man, who had been shot multiple times, was found lying in a vacant lot and later died at a hospital. He has not yet been identified. He will be identified by the Dallas County medical examiner’s office through a fingerprint analysis, police said.

The third victim, a 44-year-old man, was found at a gas station with a wound to his shoulder, police said.

The two men who were injured were also taken to a hospital. Police did not provide details about their conditions.
