Rain chances increasing

A storm system located over southern California will move east over the next two days. This will keep plenty of clouds over North Texas with spotty showers through Tuesday.

A much higher chance of rain arrives Tuesday night into Wednesday. The rain will be widespread and heavy at times. Minor flooding will be possible. Be sure to stay weather aware.

The work-week will end on a dry note with sunshine returning Thursday. However, a chance of showers returns late Sunday.
