Very warm next few days, then rainy

Today will be very warm and humid with a mix of sun and clouds and highs in the 80s. There will be a low chance for isolated thunderstorms much later today, mainly after sunset. Continued warm and dry much of Thursday, but isolated showers or storms will be possible.

Rain chances will be higher Friday and Saturday as a cold front moves into north Texas. This front will drop high temperatures into the 60s Friday through the weekend.

The weather pattern remains unsettled with daily rain chances into much of next week. Much of the area could see between 1-3 inches of rain through Monday.
