Sunshine returns today, along with warmer weather

After a wet and gloomy stretch, the pattern is changing. Sunshine will make a comeback today (after some brief morning clouds). Warm conditions will prevail this afternoon with highs in the 80s. In fact, the next several days look sunny, warm, and dry. The high on Wednesday will be in the mid 80s, while Thursday it will be close to 90.

The next chance of rain won’t be until late Friday. A few strong thunderstorms may develop toward Friday evening. Right now the weekend looks dry and sunny.
