A 28-year-old man died after being shot at an apartment complex in east Oak Cliff on Sunday afternoon, police say.
Officers were called to the complex in the 4400 block of South Lancaster Road, near Ann Arbor Avenue, about 5:45 p.m. and found Rickey Forward, who had been shot.
Forward was taken to a hospital, where he died.
