Mosquito spraying continues in Colleyville this week as city battles West Nile virus

The city of Colleyville reported Wednesday that three more mosquito samples have tested positive for West Nile virus.

The positive samples were taken near the 300 block L.D. Lockett Road, the 5200 block of Bransford and the 4100 block of Windermere Court, according to a city news release

The areas will be sprayed within a quarter-mile on Friday and Saturday nights, should weather permit.
