Female leaps from second-story window of Rockwall home, tells police she was held captive

Police are investigating after a female jumped from a second-story residential window in Rockwall and told a neighbor she was being held against her will.

Officers responded about 11:20 a.m. to the 1300 block of Shores Boulevard, where the victim reported that she had also been assaulted.

Information gathered during the investigation led police to bring in the department’s SWAT unit.

Meanwhile, three more females exited the residence and were also questioned.

Police obtained a search warrant and entered the residence about 5:50 p.m., but found no suspects or other subjects inside.

No arrests have yet been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
