There’s been a record number of home sales in North Texas in the last month, with houses flying off the market in September. The News’ Steve Brown reported that, in September, the percentage of North Texas home sales has increased by 27% since the same month last year. Brown reported that statistics indicate there could be a similar pattern in October.

With houses in North Texas moving so quickly, take a look at these multi-million dollar listings in Colleyville’s luxury market before they are snatched up.

4808 Bill Simmons Road

Custom built for the sellers, this $2,695,000 home sits on 2.32 acres. Listing agent Laurie Brants said the design is ranch-style meets mid-century modern, with a nod to Frank Lloyd Wright. The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half-bathroom in 5,277 square feet.
