Dallas police are investigating after a man was found fatally shot Thursday at an east Oak Cliff apartment complex.
Officers were called around 7:30 p.m. to the Cedar Glen South Apartments at 2906 E. Kiest Blvd., near Cedar Crest Golf Course and East Illinois Avenue. They found a man who had been shot.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified him as Oscar Carrasco, 47.
Witnesses said they saw a man shoot the victim and then run away.
No other information about the shooting was available.
