- Ellis Davis Field House: 9191 S. Polk St., 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
- Mountain View College: 4849 W. Illinois Ave., 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Walk-up, no appointment required
- Red Bird Mall/Westmoreland Park: 7222 S. Westmoreland Road, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Saturday or until testing limits reach capacity.
- Paul Quinn College: 3837 Simpson Stuart Road, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
Parkland clinic
- The deHaro-Saldivar Health Center: 1400 N. Westmoreland Road, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment only for current Parkland patients who meet the medically necessary criteria. Patients can call 214-590-8060 or visit parklandhospital.com/COVID19testing.
Mobile testing
For residents who don’t have transportation to get to a testing site, the City of Dallas contracted with UrgentCare2Go. Residents must have been in direct contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 or have at least one of three symptoms: shortness of breath, temperature of 99.6 or higher or cough. Appointments can be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., seven days a week, by calling 1-888-601-0568.

Field officers remain active and online/curbside adoption services are available.
Libraries
Libraries are closed to visitors, but a number of branches are offering curbside service. Visit the website for online materials or to request a pickup.
Parks and Recreation
Some recreation centers and facilities have reopened with regulations on wearing masks; parks and trails are open with social distancing enforced.

Dallas has suspended water disconnects until further notice. You can pay bills online, by phone, by mail or at Fidelity Express Pay locations.

WIC clinics are holding telephone and virtual appointments and issuing benefits via mail.
