Continued showery

Our streak of cloudy, showery days will extend into the weekend. Both Friday and Saturday will feature plenty of clouds and spotty showers with high temperatures in the upper 50s.

A storm system will move across Texas Sunday into Monday morning bringing a higher chance of widespread rain and perhaps thunderstorms to our area. There is the potential for some strong storms Sunday night.

As the system moves east, Monday will feature a return of drier weather, maybe even some sunshine.
