37-year-old man last heard from near Dallas Zoo could be a danger to himself, others, police say

Dallas police are asking the public’s help finding a man last heard from Saturday morning near the Dallas Zoo.

Eric Allgood, 37, could be a danger to himself and to others, police said, and was last heard from by phone in the 500 block of South Marsalis Avenue around 9:45 a.m. Saturday. Police said he was driving a red Cadillac CTS with Georgia license plate DPM816.

Police describe Allgood as white with blonde hair and blue eyes, 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds. It’s not known what he was wearing.

Police ask anyone with information to call 911 or the Dallas Police Department’s missing persons unit at 214-671-4268.
