Dallas police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man who they say may be confused and need help.

Forest Kelley, 72, was last seen about 7:30 a.m. Thursday walking in the 3600 block of Reed Lane, near South Second Avenue and Pine Street in South Dallas.

Kelley is described as a Black man who is 5-11 and about 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black coat with white lettering, a white T-shirt, blue jeans, a black cap and tennis shoes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts may call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.
