Two new apartment communities begin leasing in Keller

Two new apartment communities now call Keller home.

Elan Keller Ranch and Album Keller Ranch, adjacent properties in the northeast Tarrant County city, are now leasing.

The properties are located off Golden Triangle Boulevard and Main Street, with walking trails and “more than 12,000 square feet of retail shops” within walking distance, according to a release from developer Greystar Real Estate Partners, which is based out of Charleston, S.C.

Located at 5701 Bovine Drive, Elan Keller Ranch is fully gated and includes a 1,000-square-foot pool with dry and wet seating, fire pits, a dog park, a clubhouse with TVs, conference rooms and a fitness center.

At Album Keller Ranch, a 55-and-older community with 180 apartments, features a “resort-style amenities and a full calendar of resident-driven events,” according to the Greystar. Album Keller Ranch is the first 55-and-older community from Greystar.

The apartment complexes are part of a larger mixed-use master plan being developed by Greystar which also includes retail shops, according to a company release.

Prices at both locations start at a little over $1,100.
