74-year-old woman last seen in central Oak Cliff has been found safe

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help locating a 74-year-old woman last seen Monday afternoon in central Oak Cliff.

Julia Conley Blackburn was last seen around 4 p.m. in the 1600 block of Whitedove Drive, near U.S. Route 67 and West Ledbetter Drive. She may be a danger to herself, police said.

Blackburn is described as a black woman who is 5-2 and weighs about 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and red hair, and was last seen wearing a black bonnet, a black sweat jacket, gray sweatpants and black shoes with a white bottom trim.

Police said she is driving a gray 2018 Nissan Rogue with Texas license plate KWD-8436.
