Plano has had 17,451 confirmed coronavirus cases, a figure equal to 6.12% of the city’s population, according to Plano’s website. The most recent number of deaths reported is 37.

Collin County has had 74.542 confirmed cases and 830 fatalities. Collin County previously announced it will no longer post COVID-19 case data on its website. Counts of new and confirmed cases, recoveries and deaths are now listed by the Department of State Health Services at this link.

Due to multiple changes in reporting methods, there could be discrepancies in the figures.

Collin County maintains a website for latest COVID-19 updates, including a link to an online vaccine registration page. Plano also has a webpage dedicated to vaccine information.

The Department of State Health Services has also posted information about when and where Texas residents can get a vaccine. For more information on the COVID-19 vaccine, go here.

Although Texans are no longer required to wear a face mask, city officials encourage people to still do so.
