Scarlett Johansson gets nostalgic about Marvel family as she reveals future after Black Widow

American actress Scarlett Johansson garnered a lot of love and applause for beautifully portraying the character of Natasha Romanoff in several films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, the 36-year-old actress is playing the character for the last time in her upcoming movie  – Black Widow.

Being associated with so loving a character is something worthwhile for Scarlett Johansson. So, she is sad not only for her parting ways with her adorable character of Natasha Romanoff but also she is saying goodbye to the MCU.

However, she is determined to keep her contact with the Marvel family alive all the time.

“It’s definitely bittersweet because I love my Marvel family,” Scarlett Johansson told Total Film in a recent interview.

“I’m never going to be ready to not be a part of it. They’ll always be family. I’ll never feel ready to not be in it because I hate to feel like I’m missing out on stuff with them.”

Scarlett Johansson started playing Natasha Romanoff in 2010 in  Iron Man 2. With her fighting skills peculiar to Natasha Romanoff, the actress made the character lovable to the cinema-goers. That is why, the movie-lovers expressed their delight when Marvel studios announced in 2017 a new movie Black Widow – a second name given to Natasha Romanoff.

However, the actress kept the hopes of her fans from dashing as she said she would not decline any role she is offered to get united with her Marvel family again.

“Who knows? Maybe at some point, we’ll have some opportunity to collaborate in some other kind of way,” she pointed out.

Black Widow will premier in theatres and on Disney+ through Premier Access on July 9, 2021.
