Sunday morning storms moving south

A line of thunderstorms continue to move south of Dallas-Fort Worth this morning along a cold front. Gusty winds, small hail, frequent lightning and heavy rain will be possible with these storms. Otherwise, expect mostly cloudy and humid conditions today with highs in the 90s. Additional storms are expected to redevelop later this afternoon. Some of the stronger storms may produce some damaging wind gusts, although widespread severe weather is not expected. A few storms may continue into Monday.

It looks like there will be a return to more typical summer heat starting Tuesday and continuing through the rest of the 10-day forecast. Highs will be back to normal, in the mid-90s, but at least there are no 100-degree days in the forecast.
