Rain coverage decreasing

Flash Flood Watch is in effect for parts of North Texas until 10 pm Wednesday.

The heavy rain that has impacted North Texas the past couple of days will continue to wind down. Rain coverage tonight and Thursday will be much lower than recent days.

As rain chances diminish, temperatures will be increasing. The weekend will be hotter and dry with highs in the mid-90s and a heat index above 100. Next week looks seasonably hot and dry.
